a team of energetic, forward looking advisers who are interested in working
together and learning from each other in the pursuit of better client
service and developing better solutions for our clients.
We have developed
an approach based on a synthesis of commission and default fees. Most
of our work is still done on success fee basis, however, all work done
beyond the initial meeting is covered by an instruction from the client
and a default fee arrangement. This reduces confusion between client and
adviser, increasing security for both parties.

often work on client situations together bringing their individual skills
to bear in order to maximise the benefit for the client

Experience:
Essential:
· A minimum of 5 years experience on the advising side of Financial
Services.
· Full FPC qualifications.
· The makings of a client bank, OR,
· Access to good sources to facilitate the generation of leads.
Desirable:
· Area of specialist experience and expertise.
· AFPC qualifications.
· Your own client bank.
Skills:
· Ability to take ownership of your own work and responsibility
for delivery.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Customer focus, an ability to manage customer expectations.
· Able to plan your own work and organise yourself.
· Able to pay attention to detail and complete a task.
· An incisive approach to problem solving.
· Commercially aware, willing and able to contribute to the growth
of a small company beyond your own client work.
